The practice is NOT allowed to email the following outside of the nhs network to patient’s private email:

• Medical certificate
• Test results
• Prescriptions

If you require any of the above, these can be collected from the practice, posted to you if you provide a stamped address envelope or viewed via my GP app if you have
on-line patient access.

Please note copies of your general medical records can only be collected from the practice once requested in writing. please allow 14 working days for this request.
